(Well, I DID promise them. . . ! Maybe now I'll get some sleep.)
Here Thay Are! In the back row, Bunny is on the left; Holly is in the middle; Oscar is on the right. In front, Frida the Wolflet, is being typically feisty and has her back to the camera(!)
Bunny, the eldest, is jolly and an excellent story teller. He will be your friend for life if you rub his tummy. A very dear friend in the States, Susan, introduced us in 1993 and since then he has travelled all over the world with me as a loyal friend and companion.
Holly, the youngest, arrived just before Christmas. Being so young, she was very insecure and frightened when she arrived, but The Animals soon made her feel welcome and loved. (Oscar even gave her one of his bow ties to wear.)
Oscar, is Highly Artistic (like his namesake!) and tends to have a well developed sense of Irony. He's responsible for the colours here (green and VIOLET???)
Frida the Wolflet is, as I've said, feisty and wishes to make it clear that sbe is NOT a weeny wolf - instead she is a particularly large wolflet. She is extremely good at hiding (which probably explains why very few wolflets are ever seen...)
The Animals enjoy accompanying me on my travels and take in events and sightseeing from my shoulder bag. On those occasions where I only have a purse, Frida goes with me (another advantage to being a wolflet, she says!) whilst the others wait in my hotel room; Frida, is very good at telling them all about our adventures.
Besides being wonderful friends, The Animals are part of an experiment in Lucid Dreaming - serving as focus points much in much the same way that shamans utilise totem animals. (Clicking on their photograph will take you to the main website for research into this fascinating topic.)
